The purpose of this research was to design an efficient management model of physical education lessons in deprived areas. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the foundational data method (Strauss and Corbin's systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of the fundamental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the current research includes academic elites (experience of conducting at least two researches in the field of the research subject) and experts in the field of physical education in schools and active educational groups in deprived areas, physical education teachers with a history of excellence in deprived areas and school principals in deprived areas. Deprived (experience of at least 5 years in these areas and doctoral studies) who were selected by purposeful sampling (18 people). The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for data analysis for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. The model of efficient management of physical education courses in deprived areas is affected by causal conditions (human resources and the nature of deprived areas) and by considering extractive strategies (management, educational and motivational) which are affected by background conditions (facilities, laws and regulations and cultural) and the intervening conditions (economic, sports teacher, environment and educational content), we can witness the emergence of sports consequences, improvement of the condition of sports teachers and behavior. It is hoped that the results and suggestions of the present research can contribute to the quality of physical education lessons in deprived areas.
