Abstract
The aim of the present study was to propose a model for developing creative and adaptable human resources in education. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach using the grounded theory systematic model by Strauss and Corbin, focusing on fundamental objectives and field data collection. The study population consisted of human resource management specialists with a minimum of two research experiences in the field, education managers, teachers, and school administrators with over 10 years of experience and doctoral degrees, selected through purposive sampling (22 individuals). Data analysis involved open, axial, and selective coding using a qualitative grounded theory approach, and data coding was performed through interview analysis. The model for developing creative and adaptable human resources in education is influenced by fundamental conditions such as human resource characteristics, managerial traits, and job features. It takes into account extraction strategies (educational, planning, employee behavior, and organizational) influenced by contextual factors (organizational culture, organizational characteristics, and technology) and interventionist conditions (laws and regulations, economic conditions). The model has the potential to lead to positive outcomes including enhancing organizational reputation, increasing productivity, improving employee job quality, achieving organizational goals, enhancing employee participation, increasing job satisfaction and loyalty, promoting organizational citizenship behavior, preparing employees for organizational changes, and resolving job conflicts in a faster time frame. The development model for creative and adaptable human resources provides a valuable framework for empowering teachers and active human resources in the education sector. Despite existing challenges, this model has the potential to significantly improve the quality of education and training performance.
