Abstract
Not only bibliographic research, but also coherent and significant essay analysis was not found in the academic writings of Iran in the field of criminal policy, which is one of the specialized fields of criminal law and criminology. Developing a native theoretical system for thinking about Iran's criminal policy is dependent on criticizing the current state of research in this interdisciplinary criminal knowledge. Realistic and measurable criminal policy-making is not possible without analyzing the obstacles to the evolution of criminal policy knowledge and its manifestations in Iran's criminal justice system. The continuation of the publication of non-concrete articles on the principles and structure of criminal policy in the name of criminal policy prevents the exploitation of the opportunity arising from the approach of the new law curriculum (approved by the Ministry of Justice) to the knowledge of criminal policy. It also aggravates the problem of non-native translationism and the problem of equating the modern institutions of Western criminal policy with the traditional concepts of criminal law.
The present research, by the method of critical analysis in the context of bibliography, while examining the effect of the weakness of problem-finding research in criminal science on the disruption in the development of criminal policy knowledge, reflects the theology of science policy on the difference in the content of criminal policy research at the macro level - and not In the scope of statistical scientology of these researches, it analyzes and provides solutions to strengthen the knowledge and necessary action to monitor the scientific outputs bearing the title of criminal policy in Persian legal literature. This topic will help to formulate the policy-making system of criminal policy knowledge, modify the headings of criminal policy course units and textbooks, and provide scientific support for criminal policy-making institutions and activists.
