Investigating the effect of positive leadership on job stress with the meditator role of perceived organizational support and organizational creativity

Abstract
Subject: Today, we are witnesses of using positivism approach in organizations and work environments. Positive leadership style emphasizes the role of leaders in creating and developing a positive atmosphere in the organization.
Aim:  the main aim of this research is to investigate the effect of positive leadership on job stress through the mediation of perceived organizational support and organizational creativity.
Methodology: The leading study has used survey method to collect data and correlation method for data analysis. The statistical population of the research was formed by the managers of information technology companies in Tehran province, and 154 of these people were selected using the convenience sampling method. The main data collection tool is a combination of four standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. SMARTplS3 software was used for data analysis.
Result: The results of this research showed that positive leadership had an effect on job stress, organizational creativity and perceived organizational support. Organizational creativity and perceived organizational support play a mediating role on the relationship between positive leadership and job stress. Also, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational creativity.
Conclusion: The results of the analysis of the collected data show that when the leaders of the organization move towards applying positive leadership in their organization, job stress decreases. Also, organizational support and organizational creativity increase. The result of establishing such thinking is the fading of fear, stress and anxiety among employees.
