Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this research is to provide a model of using media in guiding hidden learning in order to add quality to educational and educational programs of secondary level. Research method: The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population included professors of educational management, managers and teachers of high schools in Kermanshah. Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a purposeful method based on reaching theoretical saturation (20 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. Findings: The results of thematic analysis showed that motivational strategies, development of media literacy of teachers and administrators, staff selection, training, infrastructures and facilities, curriculum, teaching method and planning, including strategies of using media in guiding hidden learning in order to add quality to programs. They are educational and training schools. Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, the media has a high capacity in guiding the students' academic, educational and cultural-social activities, and teachers and teaching staff can advance the educational and educational programs of schools by taking advantage of hidden learning and active presence in the media.
