Abstract
Futures Studies in one sentence can be considered science and art as an
efficient tool in the hands of humans to build the future. It is important in
shaping our desirable world and has a normative and exploratory approach.
In the futures studies, individual and social values and norms have a special
place, so the perspective that futures studies offers to societies is fully in line
with societal values. Not only does futures studies have no irreligious
foundations, but it is right to say that it is in many ways consistent with the
religious view of the desirable human future that has been recommended in
various religions, particularly Islam and Shia. Islam, too, in the realization
of the ideal Mahdavi community has advised its followers to use the
potentials and capabilities of the Islamic community to provide the desired
Islamic society. The tools of the Muslims are also fully defined and
provided, and beyond the tangible tools of the mad, the rational and the
cardinal are strongly recommended. In the path of human prosperity of the
Qur'an, tradition, reason, and consensus are unique tools by which the elders
of religion are able to paint our favorable outlook for Muslims in the light of
the philosophy of expectation. This type of religious futurism is now well
underway in the country, and it is quite evident that it extends to a variety of
areas, including science and technology such as information and
communication technology. Undoubtedly, the future uncertainty and the
astonishing developments are the necessity of future research in all fields,
including the field of communication sciences and techniques, which has the
impact of this important field of writing
