Abstract
The article describes Public Science Communication (PSC) as a scientific and an academic field and it presents four related theoretical model. According this, Science Communicator is a substantial part of PSC and it is necessary for him/her to have cognition about communication as a special field and the nature of science for relating between science and public spheres. Meanwhile, due to lack of cognition about theories of this field, there is not any research and scientific study in this field in Iran and this research area in Iran is ignored by communication and science communication’s researchers. Due to all of these, potentials of PSC doesn’t use in creation and development of scientific – science culture and science supportive culture in Iran.
