Evaluation of educated Iranians’ situation in the cycle of International Migration

Abstract

The migration of professionals is a kind of conscious and purposeful emigration of human resources with capital and knowledge and studying the migration patterns of Iranian society, especially educated people, in the contemporary era will be one of the most important research requirements in line with national interests. As one of the most important immigration corridors, the Islamic Republic of Iran has a strategic position because it is the country of origin, transit and destination of millions of immigrants at the same time. The main goal of this research is meta-analysis of the studies conducted regarding the position of migration in the educated Iranians’ intersubjectivity and its effect on their behavioral patterns and social belonging; The method of this research is based on the meta-analysis of 154 documents in the form of articles, research projects and books. The migration of educated people will be done based on the three levels of the migration cycle: analyzing the emigration behavior of educated people with educational goals, discussing the stability and permanence of educated immigrants in the destination and also Transnational activities as well as the return migration of educated people to the country of origin will be studied, which will lead to the production and consolidation of theoretical and practical literature in the field mobility of elites.
