تسهیم و ترویج دانش؛ تبیین ضرورت و عوامل تأثیرگذار

چکیده

در دنیای امروز اصلی ترین معیار تعیین جایگاه علمی کشورها، میزان مشارکت در تولید علم، نوآوری و روند توسعه علمی جهان است. بنابراین برای دستیابی به توسعه علمی و پایدار، ظرفیت سازی علمی و جلب مشارکت و همکاری در تولید و ترویج و تسهیم علم و دانش لازم و ضروری است. برای نیل به این هدف توسعه نیروی انسانی و به عبارت بهتر سرمایه های فکری که در واقع تولیدکنندگان اصل علم و دانش هستند و همچنین ایجاد سازوکارهای مناسب برای تسهیم و ترویج آن برای استفاده آن توسط دیگران ضرورت می یابد. هدف از نگارش این مقاله نیز پرداختن به اهمیت تسهیم دانش و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن است .بنابراین تحقیق حاضر به این پرسش ها پاسخ می دهد که تسهیم دانش و اهمیت و ضرورت آن چیست؟ عوامل مؤثر بر تسهیم دانش کدام هستند؟ روش تحقیق بر حسب نحوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی است .همچنین می توان پیش بینی کرد عوامل مؤثر بر تسهیم دانش در سطح سازمان در سطوح کلان تر و در سطح ملی نیز تاثیرگذار باشد .که البته تأئید تأثیر هر یک از این عوامل مستلزم انجام تحقیقات گسترده تر است.
