راهبردهای کلان اقتصاد چرخشی در استقرار بوم سازگان نوآوری چرخشی

چکیده

اقتصاد چرخشی در قالب یکی از موضوعات حیاتی و در حال توسعه در حوزه نوآوری اجتماعی و توسعه پایدار و در پاسخ به تحولات جاری بین‌المللی در خصوص گرمایش زمین، کمبود منابع، توجه به محیط‌زیست و همچنین ارائه مدلی اقتصادی باهدف حذف ارتباط مستقیم مابین توسعه اقتصادی و استفاده از منابع، به‌عنوان‌ یکی از روندهای روز دنیا توجه خیل عظیمی از پژوهشگران، متخصصان و اهالی سیاست‌گذاری را به خود جلب نموده است. بااین وجود، مفهوم اقتصاد چرخشی به عنوان یک کلان مفهوم هنوز در حال توسعه است. علاوه براین، بسیاری از متخصصان، تشریح مفهوم اقتصاد چرخشی را به بستر ظهور آن وابسته دانسته‌اند، ولی پژوهشی مدون که این مفهوم را در بستر بوم‌سازگان نوآوری بصورت جامع و از دید اکوسیستمی بررسی کرده باشد، در دسترس نمی باشد. در این میان، پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا باهدف مفهومینه سازی اقتصاد چرخشی در بوم‌سازگان نوآوری، به تشریح استقرار بوم‌سازگان نوآوری چرخشی با استفاده از منابع پیشین و نظر متخصصان بپردازد. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش در تلاش است تا با استفاده از رویکردی ترکیبی و از طریق روش‌های (1) مطالعه نظام‌مند باهدف استخراج داده‌های پیشین، (2) تحلیل مضمون باهدف بررسی نظر متخصصان، به ارائه تصویری از زیرساخت‌ها، راهبردها، برنامه‌ها و موارد موردنیاز جهت استقرار بوم‌سازگان نوآوری چرخشی بپردازد. این پژوهش در قالب سؤال اصلی خود با عنوان « چیستی راهبردهای اساسی استقرار نظام اقتصاد چرخشی در ایجاد بوم‌سازگان» به تشریح آنان و سپس بیان گزاره های سیاستی برای تسهیل فرایند استقرار بوم‌سازگان نوآوری چرخشی می پردازد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، برای طیف گسترده‌ای از پژوهشگران، سیاست ورزان در حوزه‌های مختلف، فعالان اقتصادی و همچنین نهادهای متولی توسعه پایدار، دستاوردهایی به همراه خواهد داشت.
